Ooma also limits toll-free calls and texts in every plan, which means you may have to pay extra if you exceed their plan limits. OpenPhone includes texting and calling to the US and Canada with every plann.
You’ll need to register your business number for A2P 10DLC compliance before you can get started sending texts.
A2P 10DLC registration is a requirement pushed for by the large US cell carriers in order to text local US numbers.
Registration time can vary from 5-7 business days to as long as 30 days. In rare cases where key information is unable to be verified expediently, registration may take longer than 30 days.
