Yes. We require everyone to have a credit card on file to start their free trial. However, if you start the porting process within 7 days of signing up, you will not be charged until the end of your free promotional period.
Yes, you will still incur these usage-based fees. Our international rates are available here, and Zapier messages will be billed at 1c per message.
All you have to do is fill out a 1-minute form, and our dedicated Porting team will take care of the rest. You’ll be able to continue using your phone numbers with your existing provider up until the porting date. There’s no service interruption. You can learn more about the porting process here.
